Day 365: Fin.

A flower, which blooms delicately
will soon fall, and pass..

The 365th, and final drawing of 2010! There's so much I want to say about the challenge of the past year.. and to be honest, I wish I could have drawn something that did a better job at summing it all up.. (Or was just prettier, in general -_-)

But what I did think about was how, in a strange way, this year was like a flower to me. I saw myself bloom a bit during this year.. and I treated it delicately when I could..

There were hard times when petals would fall and whither.. but surely, I had so many friends and family to bring me up again, keeping me nurtured and loved <3 I have so many people to thank (as well as all of you, who watch and support me!!)

With this project, I learned how to better cherish every day with every sketch, every drawing, every doodle-- the more precious the year 2010 has become.. the more bittersweet and apprehensive I feel for ending it..

(I know this seems very pathetic, but I'm honestly tearing up a lot right now.. it's been a long year.. and this project was a huge part of it..!!)

And so, the year is over, and on comes a new project.. Please anticipate with me, this new year, with the 52-Week project : ) And let us graciously end the past year with no regrets <3

Thank you all for being with me, whether it was from day one, or today : ) Each and every one of you are precious to me <3 I really want to write more, but I fear this will become a novel :')
